Whether it's a straightforward swap or a custom-sized opening, we handle the framing, weatherseal, and opener compatibility as one complete job.
We measure the actual opening, not just the old door's dimensions, since framing settles and shifts over years.
Reusing mismatched springs on a new door is a common mistake we avoid by resizing for the actual weight.
From basic weatherstripping to fully insulated panels with a meaningful R-value, we fit the door to your climate needs.
An opener sized for a lighter old door may need adjustment or replacement to safely run a heavier new one.
Each service below is handled by a technician trained specifically for this kind of repair, not a generalist guessing at it.
Durable, low-maintenance steel doors installed with correct framing and weatherseal for a clean, long-lasting result.
Polystyrene or polyurethane core doors installed for improved temperature control and noise reduction in attached garages.
Non-standard openings get measured precisely and matched to a custom-sized door rather than forced into a stock size.
We handle disposal so you're not left with a dismantled door taking up space.

Tell us your door type preference and rough size, and we'll schedule a measurement and quote visit.
Technicians arrive to take precise measurements and discuss door and insulation options in person.
We confirm opening dimensions, spring sizing, and opener compatibility, then quote the full installation as one flat price.
The door is verified opening, closing, and reversing correctly before the job is called done.
“Old door was rusted beyond saving. New insulated steel door looks great and closes so much quieter.”
“Resized the springs correctly for the heavier new door instead of reusing the old ones like the last quote suggested.”
“Balance tested it by hand after install and it lifts smooth as anything. Really thorough job.”
Standard-size installs usually wrap up same-day; custom sizing may need a short lead time for the door itself.
We'll check compatibility first. If the new door's weight matches what the opener can safely handle, yes.
Steel is the most common choice, though we also install insulated and custom-material doors on request.
Custom sizing is a standard part of our installation service for older or non-standard openings.
You won't be left with a dismantled door to deal with; we handle removal completely.
Pricing varies by door type and customization, quoted clearly once measurements are confirmed.
Same-day dispatch, upfront pricing, and a written warranty on every visit.
